Future-Ready Classrooms: Embedding Meta-Skills with Gen+ and School Leaders Scotland
This webinar explores how Gen+ supports schools to strengthen and connect what they already do, rather than introducing additional demands.
Gen+ is designed to complement existing curricular approaches — as well as programmes such as YPI, interdisciplinary learning, PSHE and wider achievement - by helping learners recognise, reflect on and articulate the skills they are developing through these experiences.
This session will explore:
· How Gen+ amplifies and connects existing initiatives rather than adding another layer
· What the evidence tells us about Gen+'s impact on learner confidence, self-awareness, and skills language. Strengthening learners' ability to recognise, articulate and transfer skills
· Aligning everyday classroom practice with school improvement priorities and inspection expectations

Join us for a session in partnership with Youth Scotland to learn more about our brand new Gen+ Dynamic Youth Award, and how you can incorporate this seamlessly into your current curricular offering.
